Due to the nature of tattoo equipment and hygiene-related products, returns and exchanges are limited.

8.1 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened inks

• Used cartridges, needles, grips

• Aftercare lotions, films, soaps

• Machines that show signs of use

8.2 Return Eligibility

A return may be accepted only if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product
