2. Delivery Methods

2.1 Home Delivery

Items are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

2.2 Pickup / Self-collection

Customers may collect orders from:

• Ken Tattoo Studio

• Any agreed pickup point (depending on availability)

3. Delivery Times

Typical delivery time:

1–3 working days (depending on location and stock)

Delivery may be delayed during:

• Public holidays

• Bad weather

• High order volume

• Courier delays

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on:

• Region

• Weight

• Courier charges

Fees are shown at checkout.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery

A delivery is considered unsuccessful if:

• The customer is unreachable

• Wrong address provided

• No one is available to receive the package

In such cases:

• A re-delivery fee may apply

• The order may be cancelled without refund of delivery fees

6. International Shipping

At this time, we offer international shipping only for countries listed below; Reuion island , Burkina Faso, Madagascar, Cape Town , Johannesbourg Santon .

7. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• Take photos immediately

• Contact us within 24 hours

• Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved

8. Missing Items

If an item is missing:

• Contact us within 24 hours

• Provide photos of the full opened package

• Provide the order number

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
